Our most cost effective support option provides standard client support during normal business hours (9am to 5pm eastern standard time).  This service can be pre-purchased in blocks of 20 hours or more and can be used for SharePoint application and platform support.  This option typically works well for organizations that:

• Require 9am to 5pm ET support only
• Already have internal IT support or outsourced IT support
• Have SharePoint application and infrastructure issues that can wait until next day for support
• Do not have a large support budget

Extended Business Support

Through our Operations Center Support partner,  IMPACT Management can offer a level of service designed to meet your hours of operation and required level of support.  Support offerings range from 5 to 7 days a week and 10 to 24 hours per day.  Initial response times between 2 and 6 hours can be accommodated.  This option typically works well for organizations that:

• Require support other than during normal business hours
• Do not have internal IT support or outsourced IT support
• Have mission critical SharePoint application and infrastructure
