IMPACT Management is pleased to announce that effective today, Kenneth Toole has joined the executive team as company President and Chief Operating Officer.  In this role, Ken will concentrate on the continued growth of IMPACT in both its consulting services as well as delivery of customer-focused products and services.

Ken joins the team from Microsoft where he held several positions in the engineering team as a Development Manager, Program Manager, and Product Unit Manager in their Forefront Security business.  Ken was a founding member of Sybari Software, a leading provider of anti-virus, anti-spam, and content filtering solutions.  Sybari was acquired by Microsoft in 2005 where Ken was the Vice President of Technology responsible for product development, IT, and support operations.  Ken has also held engineering positions at other companies including Symantec Corporation, Coopers and Lybrand, and Symbol Technologies.
